These Terms govern your use of the Anima Felix app, website, and related services. The service provider is Anima Felix SRL ("Anima Felix", "we", "us"), registered in Romania (Trade Register no. J2024027531000, fiscal code 50637957).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Anima Felix. If you do not meet this requirement, do not use the service.

3. Service scope and important safety notice

Anima Felix is a wellness companion focused on anxiety support and self-management tools. It is not a medical device, not a licensed therapist, and not emergency care.

4. Your account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. AI-assisted outputs

Some features use AI-generated outputs for educational and wellbeing support. AI outputs may be imperfect and are not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on app content.

7. User content

You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant Anima Felix a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Anima Felix brand, software, design, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them except as permitted by law or written consent.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance. We may also update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion via Delete Account.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
